Coolant leak. Does head gasket need to be replaced.

It could be a number of things. Best way to figure it out is to have us take a look at it.

Check the radiator for any cracks... Had the same issue and it got a lot worse. Started out with the cooling fan going out. If your at or close to 100k that's probably what it is.
