Tires don’t turn

2004 keep liberty sport it seems that all 4 tires are locked vehicle will start and go into gear but tires won’t turn its like if you have your foot on the brake while pushing on gas pedal, it’s like they wanna take off but something is holding it or locked it please help

What makes this problem better or worse?

Not sure the differential fluid was all gone
