low oil pressure warning light just coming on and off 3 days all possabilities

does not always come on. the oil stick shows plenty oil just a little bit over full. recent oil change 6-7 weeks ago. recent valve cover gaskets changed 3 months ago. just before the light came on first time i was at local market and parked on grass. i drone over the curb as i left. could i have knocked something loose and what should a shop look for to trouble shoot this light.
