Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! The **P0202** code indicates a problem with the **fuel injector circuit on cylinder 2**, so it’s good that you’ve already replaced the injector and checked the fuel rail. However, if you’re still getting the same code, there are a few things to check next. The issue could be related to the **wiring or the injector driver** in the Engine Control Module (ECM). A wiring issue (like a short or open circuit) in the harness going to the fuel injector can cause the signal to not reach the injector properly. I recommend visually inspecting the wiring for any damage or loose connections around cylinder 2. If the wiring looks good, you can use a multimeter to test the voltage at the injector to ensure it's receiving the proper signal. Another possibility is the **fuel injector connector** itself. Make sure the connector is making good contact with the injector and there’s no corrosion or loose pins. If everything checks out, it might be worth having the ECM tested, though that can be a bit pricier. Since you're on a tight budget, try checking the wiring and connectors first, as these are the least expensive things to check and fix. If everything seems fine and you're still having issues, the ECM may need to be inspected further, but that would likely require a professional mechanic's help.
