Over Heating

What is your question?

Over heats when I drive it more than 30 miles. First time it overheated no one could find anything wrong with it. Let it run for an hour never got hot. Drove it for about 2 weeks never acted up again until today. What are the things I should check first? Cant afford a huge dealership repair bill right now.
