There is no pattern to the misfires, I can stop turn the ignition off and restart then no problems. Can go for 2 weeks no issue then have a cylinder misfire, Jeep shaking and lost of power everyday. I have replaced all 6 coil packs, all six plugs, cam and crank sensors.

Did you use original equipment parts? Not all coils are created equal. Incorrect spark plug could also cause misfire. Do you know the misfire codes from the computer? It is always the same cylinder that is misfiring?
There has been a problem with the radiator fluid reservoirs leaking. It is located under the hood on the passenger side and is above the last cylinder on left side looking under the hood. (I think it is cylinder #4) This in a 3.7 liter V6 model. The fluid leaks into the spark socket area and moisture or steam causes a firing short and usually causes the check engine light to flash on and off indicating that there is a problem. Hope this helps you or others reviewing this posting. Check for leaks around connections of hoses to the radiator fluid reservoir.
