My Jeep cranks over but won't start. Changed map sensor , all coil packs , spark plugs and wires. I don't know what to do as I am strapped for cash and can't put to much money in it. Also, had my oil changed ....oil filter must have been damaged and lost all my oil. Put new oil and new oil filter on it. My oil light never came on and had just a drop of oil on the stick. Do you have any other advice that I can try???? Thank you!!!

Got sufficient ignition spark? .... Got proper fuel delivery to engine? *Hands-on* testing by qualified personnel will be required. It can certainly be more expensive trying guesswork.
The good news is that it still cranks apparently even after oil loss! That's good news. As pushrod said, only testing can get you your answers. Throwing parts at it has not been a successful endeavor thus far, and has probably been more costly...
