Changed my rear brakes, installed new rotors and pads. Passenger side works fine. On the drivers side the outside pad is only making contact on the top half of the rotor. Can't get the pad to make full contact to the rotor. Inside pad works fine.

Compare the NEW outboard pad to the OLD outboard pad .. IF the 'metal backing' of the two are identical .. *and the old outboard pad was contacting the rotor correctly* ... Your install is incorrect .. That's ALL it can be!
