While driving the traction control comes on split second and goes off.

What is your question?

I notice it when i let off the gas and it kind of feels like something holding back and i notice when it does that the taction control light comes on for a couple of seconds and goes off.It done that a couple of times so far?

Jeep put out TSB about this condition TSB # 18-014-09, this may apply to you , what this TSB is about is the early ESP actuation, prematurely active when negotiating a curve, this is where the PCM will have to be reprogrammed.
