How to fix code p0508

What is your question?

I got a code of p0508 , the car cranks over but will not start, this has been going on for 3 months, it’s very random, I replaced the IAC senior and the PCM senior and I still have the same problem, what would cause the car not to start and what should I check next ?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing it’s just random
