I have a p1495 code

This code will set if there is a problem with the fuel cap or any fuel tank leak. Your gas cap could be leaking still, even though the gasket may look fine. I would try replacing that first if it were my vehicle, as it is relatively cheap and very easy to replace. If that doesn't solve your issue, I would check the lines that go from the LDP (leak detection pump) to the fuel tank, as I have seen them crack before and cause similar issue. Also, check the electrical connection at the pump. The pump itself could be faulty, but not as likely. How often do you have to add coolant? and how much? This could be normal if it isn't very regularly low.
