Why are my negative wires getting hot to my blower motor on my 2003 JGC?

Do you have a simple suggestion on how to possibly repair it(or even temporary repair)..without taking it to a shop and paying up the a$$?

I would like to see exactly where it is and what it looks like before giving a solution. If you can find a good piece of ground wire and splice a larger wire to it then ground it at a better ground connection it might help for a while.
