So if my jeep "shakes" or "wobbles" when I put on my brakes at higher speeds it's my rotors??? what about alignment??

Probably the rotors are out of round or have hot spots and need to be surfaced or replaced.
I had the same problem with my Jeep and it was the rotors. There was a class action on this problem. I sent in my receipts for the repair and Jeep sent me a check for the total amount which was around $300.00. It happened about three years ago.
Yes, it is very possible the problem. Alignment problems usually show uneven tire wear and screeching sounds in sharp turns. Rotors will need turned if too bad will need replaced.
