Oil coming out of grommet. How do I get this off and replace?

Use a screwdriver or similar tool to pry out the existing grommet. If the grommet is hard and brittle, you will have to remove it in pieces using caution not to drop any pieces into the engine. It is suggested that you remove the Valve Cover to perform this repair as the Valve Cover gaskets are likely in need of replacement anyway.
Thank you very much for info this sounds easier to replace gaskets and grommet without the tedious work of trying to remove it in pieces.
