noise on top not lifter or valve

change all the valve roker and lifter and make noise on the driver side sound like lifter but not have the head work and have one valve bent all new make noise on the driver side top

What I was thinking; The valve seats are a common issue, they break loose. With a bent valve already, pretty much covers it.
