Electrical -wipers-radio-engine

Wipers come on when i start the truck. Radio searches but will not find a station. Engine is missing dealer said it is electrical not mechinal. If i pull the wiper relay & put it back wipers work normal but still go crazy sometimes ? factory radio works sometimes & other times won't get a station. Dealer said its like wipers are getting a command to run from the module not the switch ? engine is running rough .But sensors are working. Anyone had any problums like these ??????
