I just bought a 1997 jeep grand cherokee sometimes when i turn the key it won't start but after turning the wheel it starts

What is your question?

When i turn the key i hear a really low clicking sound not from the battery post. I'm not sure where it's coming from. But after turning the wheel from left to right for a while it starts right up.

What makes this problem better or worse?
