USUALLY.. When you put the shifter into 'R'..... While the engine is running, let off brakes, give it some gas... it's supposed to go backwards... That what's happening?

thanks for answer but the car doesn't move even if i give more gas , also it moves forward in N position

Most likely suspect is shifter cable issue... Most likely down @ the transmission linkage.
