When replacing water pump and belt should I also replace the fan clutch assembly? I ask because prior to water pump going out my air conditioning quit working as well as sometimes the blower to heater would shut off randomly.

Fan clutch not related to continuous A/C function failure - - nor is it related to intermittent blower operations..

Considering age - replacement of the fan clutch certainly won’t hurt any thing though.. Repair h2o pump concerns and go from there. Good luck with it!
