My 95 jeep grand cherokee is over heating really fast what can make that happen

Well let’s see : Low engine coolant level - Malfunctioning engine thermostat - Restricted engine coolant flow - Worn water pump impeller - Failed cylinder head gasket - Inoperative radiator cooling fan - restricted air flow into engine bay.. Probably need *hands-on* evaluation. Good luck!
