2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee A/C. compressor

What is your question?

A/C compressor cycles too often not allowing inside temp to get below 50 deg. High side and low side pressures are ok? This was a used vehicle. I evacuated the system and recharged with 134 A. Still moisture in system???. Is it possible that the high pressure switch is defective??

What makes this problem better or worse?
