My 1993 jeep Laredo won't stay started it shut back off. The battery wasn't any good and replaced it now I need the security code.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing in my book has fixed it.

Likely idle re-learn has not been allowed to be completed - force engine to operate by using gas pedal to keep engine running. IF this is a security problem - light would be on in dash .. I don’t think that is the case.
