The brakes on my jeep make a 'gargling' sound and there is a vibration when braking in cold/damp weather. It only does it the first few times braking and then stops. I've experienced vehicles that had more of a squeal and vibration (usually brake pad issue), but never anything that sounds like a gargling noise. Any advice?
