Heater wont get hot

Hello, first if you are under factory warranty still, see your Jeep dealership! Let them address this at Jeep's expense. If you do not have heat, either the engine is not getting to proper operating temperature for some reason, or the climate control system inside the car has a fault. This could be preventing warm air flow and keeping cold air coming through. Testing is required.
