Car was over heating, mechanic replaced the water pump, radiator and thermostats, but car is still overheating, why?

Hello, I need more information as to when the overheating is occurring. When does it happen? Sitting still? Slow speeds? Highway speed? All speeds? Has anybody purged the air out of the cooling system successfully after repairing all these components? Too many questions to offer much help.
