ABS &Traction Control

What is your question?

I started my car this morning and the ABS and traction control light went on and my headlights were dimming in & out. I drove about 1/4 mile and everything was fine. What the heck is wrong 2014 Jeep Compass 70,000 miles. Not a single problem ever with this car. I did have a recall for reprogramming the PCM and since i did that i have been having that problem is that linked?

What makes this problem better or worse?
