A water leak from your engine can come from several places, but it is impossible to tell where it’s coming from without seeing it. The best way to determine the source of a leak is to pressure test the system with a coolant pressure tester and look to see where the water is coming from. If a shop did that and isolated it as coming from the cylinder head, then they are likely correct. You are of course always welcome to get a second opinion if you are not feeling confident in their diagnosis.
