Won't start.

Hello, If you put in a new battery, and it initially solves the problem - which is an assumption I'm making - and a jump start always works, then it would appear to me that something is not properly recharging the battery as it becomes discharged starting the vehicle and then providing power to the various systems and functions that run off of electrical power.
