Definitely check to see if you need a spark plug replacement. Sometimes spark plugs get so worn it is almost impossible to start. Also you could be losing fuel pressure due to either a bad fuel pressure regulator or leaking fuel injector or injectors
you need a fuel pressure gauge hooked up, when you turn car off pressure should stay within about 10 psi after a few hours, if the pressure drops to zero it is definitely either going back to tank <regulator>, or the injectors are leaking. If that does happen you would have to hook into the fuel line and not the port on the fuel rail so you can shut off valve on fuel pressure gauge line to isolate problem
How do I check the injectors for leaks? After the car has ran a while I have no problem restarting it. It only does this after it sets a while
