I can't put gas in fuel tank, it keeps shutting off pump

Hello, Sorry, I don't see a recall for it, however, there have been campaigns to correct other Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep fuel filler necks or valves that allow air to escape as you fuel. The problem is normally in the filler neck, but without a proper diagnosis you cannot know for sure.
