Is there a way to test the wireless control module to see if bad

What is your question?

The compass will not turn over changed starter and nuetral switch no good still want turn over all u hear is the click from the switch that releases the shifter. I'm thinking the alarm system maybe or the wireless control module but the remote opens the door locks. What's wrong and can I test it to be sure
