Very rough start lots of shake

The Jeep has been in twice to a Jeep dealership (Left over 4 weeks) and an independent shop (Left over 4 weeks), it doesn't throw codes. With the exception of a rare generic one that means nothing. I had new FOBIK Keys programed for it hoping that would help with the random, doors don't unlock, lock, wont start then shows transmission over temp waning, service 4wd. Sometime it wit start after a few tries sometimes it take 30 mins before it will start. On top of that it will do the rough start shake and cut off thing.
