My HVAC blend doors are broken..can this be fixed?

We were told the actuator was bad but when we looked at the part, we realized that someone had broken the blend doors. They have fallen inside the box and now we only have AC (kind of). We have the actuator (2 parts purchased from a dealership) but need to have the blend doors (possibly 2 sets) repaired. Another set of doors under the driver's side has been damaged by someone turning it with a screwdriver, at least that's what our regular mechanic says it looks like happened. How much would this repair cost at a reputable repair shop?
