Making a loud winding noise when I accelerate and then I'm at 40 miles an hour up to 60 and then if I let off the gas pedal it will stop

Yeah can you please help me find out what is wrong with the my Jeep commander 2008 just hit a deer better day and now it's making a loud winding noise when I'm going 41 just accelerating on my gas pedal cars could this be caused by the deer and what is this please help
