u1411 and U1403 codes, no start ,no dash lights, no window or sunroof power,

as I was driving It smelled like something was burning, or overheating, I pulled over and had it towed to my house, now there is headlights and parking lights, but no start, not even any noise trying to start, and nothing else has power, whole dash is out no radio, no blower/heater, no interior lights, and sunroof has no power, comes back with a U1411 and U1403 code.
