Turn over but no fire loud long clicking noise

Even though you said jumping the vehicle that the engine still would not crank -- only a clicking sound is apparent -- it still sounds like the battery is not able to handle a load or is not fully charged. This is the first place to check. Ensure all cable connections are proper and solid also.
