When warmed up, one side looses power. No codes come up. Idles rough when it happens. Put new spark plugs on also. Could it be the computer shorting out?

Hello, spark plugs and coils - or coil boots - should be replaced with quality Jeep parts at the same time to prevent issues with possible power loss or engine misfire. I'm not saying this is what's wrong, but if you go to replace plugs and don't take care of the coils, you'll allow spark to arc with old dry rotted boots back in place, now tampered with when the plugs are replaced. A diagnostic tool - not just code puller - is needed to monitor cylinder performance. Consider performing a base engine compression test also - in the event there is a concern there.
