Recently on my 2006 Jeep Commander lost all power to driver's door

Hi this is Dusty, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sounds to me like you've got an electrical gremlin somewhere, at least one maybe two anyhow. From a quick bit of research, all of those components are supplied power through fuses in a junction block behind the dash. I'd check those fuses as a starting point, and depending on the results a deeper dive may be necessary. A firsthand diagnosis by a competent professional could be an option if you'd rather go for a hands-off approach. Hopefully you'll have your door functions back to normal soon!
