What is your question?
The steering on my 2006 Jeep Commander limited is extremely touchy and even a very slight movement of the steering wheel causes erratic side to side movement of the vehicle, which in turn causes those riding in the middle or rear seats to become ill. Also the gas mileage is really poor - in the 12.5 highway range. Any suggestions?

i would start with a complete check of front and rear end suspension for anything loose, worn or bent. front and rear alignment should also be checked for all angles. the tires should also be examined for wear. all these factors too will effect fuel mileage. the hemi has a history of low fuel mileage but driving habits has a great effect on this as well. make sure your air filter, plugs and fuel filter are up to date as well. i would start at these point first before looking deeper. Not sure about the steering problems, I haven't had that issue... As to the mileage, ME TOO then I was advised that with the Hemi you need to keep the RPMs between 1.5 & 2 for best results, I have noticed that do that has increased my fuel economy but its still not very good, 18 at best (on highway)
Thanks. Just got new tires and alignment but will have the suspension checked
