Jeep wont start just get 1 click sound when u turn the key to start it

I went to start my jeep when i turn the key to start it i get a click like a silnoid sound and plz pardon my terrable spelling and iv noticed a red flashing light i never had befor the light is above the oil light so i had it towed home after we let it down off the roll back i had the key turnd bash lights on ect so after a lil time i went ahead and tryed to start and it started ran fine i moved the jeep i to my parking spot turned it off then went to restart same thing just the click soind and flashing red light i read it maybe a securty lock out ? Any help plz im at a loss here on what to do also i just had the ignition switch recall done last month if this helps thank you
