Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! This is great for drive-throughs and terrible for rain. Let's get that window rolling again! First, you'll need to locate the fuse box. In most Cherokees, the fuse box is located in the engine compartment or under the dashboard on the driver's side. Once you've found the fuse box, consult the owner's manual or the fuse box cover to locate the fuse for the power windows. Use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to remove the fuse. Inspect the fuse to see if it's blown (the metal wire inside will be broken). If so, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage rating. After replacing the fuse, test the window to see if it operates correctly. If the window still doesn't work, there may be another issue such as a faulty window switch, motor, or regulator which would require removal of the door panel and further diagnosis. If you're uncomfortable doing that, consult a professional. If you have any other questions feel free to call us at 877-913-1554! We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area!
