Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Which engine is your Jeep equipped with? In general terms, the cylinder heads should be removed to inspect for what would be causing coolant backpressure into the exhaust system and into the combustion chamber. The gasket may be breached, the cylinder head or block may have cracks or damage. This requires professional inspection and tear down. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
