Power Distribution Center Identification of Fuses

What is your question?

Ok so everything in the PDC is labled with exception to the Mini fuses.. this is important to me because I have been having some cold start problems and then the thing blew a 15a fuse and died. I need to know what fuse blew and not one place can I find id for fuses...any one?
