I'm answering my own question. I located the flasher, It was underneath the driver's side dash. I had to remove the panel ( above your knees if sitting in vehicle) then a metal panel. It helped since I already purchased the replacement flasher, so I could tell what it looked like. I removed the old and replaced with the new, eeverything is working fine. The flasher itself cost about $36.00 Imagine what a repair shop would have charged!!!!
