I am not a jeep expert but I have worked on cars most of my live so I think you will find that because the car set for a while the fuel pump stuck. IT may take a new pump to fix it or sometimes if the tank is almost full you can jack up the car in the rear, lay down on a creeper roll under and with your fist backside beat on the bottom of the tank, but you must have someone turn the key on just as you start bea1ting because the pump only tries for a few seconds each time they turn it on. Don't know if that will fix your problem or not MAYBEEEEEEE !!!!! " LOL"
We're the transmission and engine right top side on the drivers side. You can follow the pigtails it's about 6 to 9 inches long. Your going to need a 11mm socket, 3 inch, 11 inch extencion, wobble socket with a ratchet of choice I prefer a 1/2. Gonna need some light to see there. It's not as bad as it looks! Good luck!
