blower motor resistor

What is your question?

fan will only operate on highest speed, was told it may be resistor. where is resistor located? should i replace blower motor while i'm at it?

The blower motor resistor is mounted to the bottom of the heater-A/C housing on the passenger side of the vehicle under the instrument panel.
