both front headlights wont go on. but i can click high beams

Have a look at your headlight switch and wiring connector. This could be the source of your troubles.

At the headlight switch test for battery voltage at the Tan/Black wire and the Red/White wire. Both should have battery voltage at all times. With the headlight switch in the "Park" position, battery voltage should be coming out of the switch on the Black/Yellow wire. With the switch in the "Headlight" position, battery voltage should be coming out of the Light Green. If not, replace the headlight switch.

At the headlight switch test for battery voltage at the Tan/Black wire and the Red/White wire. Both should have battery voltage at all times. With the headlight switch in the "Park" position, battery voltage should be coming out of the switch on the Black/Yellow wire. With the switch in the "Headlight" position, battery voltage should be coming out of the Light Green. Replace the headlight switch if fails.
