I WANT TO PUT 33 SZ. TIRES ON MY JEEP; DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE AXLE ALSO ??

You don't have to change the axle. However, realize that such large flotation size tires will put abnormal strain on everything, including the axles shafts. I have seen the stress cause damage to axles on Jeeps.
