prblem with ignition switch , have no power for blinkers, wipers,ac/heat and srereo

when i start my jeep my wipers,blinkers,ac/heat/and the stereo will not work, at timess we could mess with the igintion switch and they woulld start towork but theres nothin working now any suggestions
