Did a transmission swap on a 1992 jeep and it wont start?

What is your question?

Swapped transmissions on a 1992 jeep cherokee and now it wont start and it wont go into park. If I put it in park I can still move the jeep (by pushing it). What would cause those to happen? It has power and plugs are good. It wont even try to start when turning the key on
